When choosing the service to be performed at your location, you will see the options listed as *clients location* when booking the service. Contraindications
Contraindications that PREVENT a facial treatment: Viruses such as colds, FLU, COVID19, fever, cold sores, warts, Bacterial infections such as impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis, styes, Fungal infections such as ringworm, blepharitis,
Undiagnosed lumps or swelling, Broken bones, known sensitivity or allergy to products. Eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, fresh bruising, open sores, bleeding, tooth abscess, broken jaw or other facial bone, facial cancer, head lice, recently consumed alcohol, under the influence of drugs, unstable blood pressure, recent head injury, recent neck injury, contagious disease, recent haemorrhage, recent scarring, severe acne.
Cancel your appointment if you are "ILL" and rebook when you feel better.
Late Cancellations
Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know on the day of service you will be charged the entire cost of service or if have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at LAUS PEAU and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
